The training strategy of Global Property Excellence (Pty) Ltd is to make it so desirous for valuer professionals to be licensed as our independent co-workers that most (if not all) valuers will want to apply for licensing. Since their professional proficiency is a critical condition for qualifying for a license, we want to make their personal development as easy and fast as possible. 3Tiers... App Technology uses an always-on secure on-line platform. The process starts with a self-test on Valuer Unit Standards. It gives an immediate feedback within all areas of the profession where personal improvement is required. Thereafter, each individual valuer, having clearly identified his/her training needs, progresses at his/her own pace to work through the always-on and on-line training material available on their mobile phones and/or any device of their choice.

The technology comprises integrated mobile / desktop applications. This is a game-changer for the training of the professional valuer. Its effectiveness as a training tool is further enhanced by catering for on-line collaboration across multiple platforms such as e-mail, video conferencing, and group chat. All of these support valuers as if they are in the same room. It is an effective conference facility to discuss assignments and assisting those in need of help to correctly complete their assignments, should they require such support.

The commitment from Global Property Excellence (Pty) Ltd is to help all their associates on this platform, ensuring uniform high standards without costly expenses on traveling and accommodation for personal meetings or training courses. Training courses will be uploaded in the best manner to value different properties. It will be available on demand, instantaneously on mobile phones, or any electronic device. It is not necessary for anybody to remember all the steps and information required to do a specialist valuation.

The complete valuation methodology for each special valuation task will be compiled by experts in that property field (e.g. filling stations, forests, different kinds of commercial properties) and readily available on the mobile phones of our associates. When they need to refresh their memory on performing a specialist valuation, they simply open the relevant template and follow the step-by-step guidance to produce an expert document of a high standard.

Together with that is a self-test available and a course covering all the relevant unit standards. Successful completion could lead to SAQA / SETA accredited qualification.

This training is available on mobile phones, called “M (Mobile)-Learning™” making this technology superior in effectiveness in many ways. M-LearningTM can be conducted during any time of the day or night. Practical training will also include the use of video conferencing and U-Tube.

Our current platform can accommodate more than 100 000 learners, live on-line simultaneously. They can be trained, and be tested immediately.
