Continuous performance monitoring indicates incremental improvement (or deterioration) on clearly identified Key Performance Indicators (connected to the relevant Unit Standards) so that training/re-training could be very direct and specific.

Constant (electronic and automated) performance evaluation monitors  change in behaviour as an indication of training effectiveness (or employee disposition) leading to further pro-active steps.
